BAUER S19 VAPOR FLYLITE GRIP SENIOR HOCKEY STICK
The Vapor Flylite stick is designed to get your shot off lightning quick. It's inspired by our Vapor ADV and it features Advanced Carbon Layering throughout the entire stick. A full integration of lightweight, reinforced carbon fiber edges helps reduce stick weight, bringing it down to 390 grams. It has a thicker blade geometry to improve durability without sacrificing performance. Also, a new XE Taper geometry is designed to decrease weight while increasing release speed and stability.
Bauer’s Vapor line is comprised of low-kick point sticks, built for players who take quick-motion shots, mostly shoot close to the net, and prefer release speed over power. Bauer enhances the low-kick point in the Vapor Flylite with new technologies and many high-level features, helping to give you your quickest shot yet.
One of these new features is the XE taper. This new taper design uses a unique elliptical geometry with a thinner construction and more rounded edges. These features help to decrease the weight of the stick while increasing your release speed. This updated design also helps stabilize the blade when taking one-timers or hard shots.
Moving up the stick, Bauer includes their Asymmetrical TeXtreme shaft technology. This trusted material is lightweight and responsive with a more rectangular shape allowing energy to move fluidly down the stick when shooting. This technology also offers you a balanced feel for high performance. Also included in the construction of this hockey stick is the DuraFlex resin system, increasing the entire shaft’s durability and flexural strength. With these benefits, you can lean heavily into shots for a balanced and powerful feel to complement your quick release.
The Vapor Flylite features Advanced Carbon Layering, or ACL technology, in both the shaft and blade. ACL works by using stronger, thinner internal carbon fiber layers, increasing the strength of the stick without adding unwanted weight.
The blade construction of the Flylite stick includes Bauer’s AERO-SENSE 2 blade core. This optimized technology offers a thicker blade geometry to improve durability without sacrificing performance.
