Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

In order to return an item purchased from Sports Zone Canada Web Site , your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. See Further Details Below

How To Return An Item

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Conditions

• New merchandise - goods must be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase and original packaging.
• Used merchandise - All sales are final – exchanges only in some circumstances (at the discretion of Sports Zone management).
• Sale or clearance items – All sales are final – no returns, no refunds
• Custom or special orders are not returnable.
• We suggest that customers send returns via a “Signature Required” service

Refund
A credit for the full original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs incurred by the supplier to get the product to you , we offer free shipping to the consumer only if they keep the product ) will be refunded to your original payment  method. All expenses occurred to ship or return the product to the supplier is the sole responsibilty of the buyer.

Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. Shipping rates apply.
