To return an item purchased from Sports Zone Canada, it must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

For in-store purchases, returns must be made within 14 days. Return details are displayed in-store; please review them before making a purchase.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at info@sportszonecanada.com or call 1-888-785-9818 to request a refund or exchange.
2. Ship your item to:

3. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Conditions

• New merchandise: Must be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase and original packaging.
• Used merchandise: All sales are final – exchanges may be available in special circumstances (at Sports Zone management’s discretion).
• Sale or clearance items: All sales are final – no returns or refunds.
• Custom or special orders: Not returnable.
• We recommend using a “Signature Required” shipping method when sending returns.

Refunds

A credit for the full original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your original payment method. If you received free shipping on the product, shipping costs incurred by the supplier will be deducted from the refund.

All expenses related to returning a product are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges

If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. Standard shipping rates apply.
