Shipping Information

Orders usually ship within 48 business hours. Weekend and holiday orders start processing the next business day. Delivery time depends on destination and carrier.

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the courier receives the package.

Eligible Canadian orders over $150 before taxes receive free standard shipping. For other orders, available shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and courier availability.

SportsZone uses ClickShip to compare available courier services for each order. We select the shipping option that offers the best balance of delivery speed and cost based on your destination, package size, and available carrier services. Your order may be shipped with different couriers depending on the shipment.

Check your tracking information first. If tracking has stopped updating or your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact our team and we will help review the shipment with the courier.

Some remote or extended-service areas may have additional shipping charges or limited courier options. Free shipping exclusions may apply depending on destination.
