Overview
The Vaughn Velocity VX1 Intermediate Goalie Blocker brings the streamlined Velocity feel to intermediate goalies with a lighter, mobile design and strong rebound control. A rigid molded board core creates a firm blocking surface, while high-density padding helps balance rebound pop with a controlled feel.
Rigid side and finger protection reinforce the hand, and the tapered lower edge is shaped to seal cleanly near the ice. A higher hand position improves board coverage, while mesh palm gussets and a flexible cuff keep the blocker comfortable and mobile through stick handling and save movements.
