Overview
The 2026 Vaughn ION Senior Goalie Knee Guards use a low-profile protective design to reduce bulk while maintaining coverage through the knee and lower thigh. A molded plastic thigh section and multi-layer internal foam provide structured protection, while the profiled knee section sits close to the joint for easier movement under goalie pants.
Adjustable knee and thigh straps help secure the guards, grip strips reduce slipping, and an elastic connection between the knee and thigh sections allows natural flex through butterfly drops and recoveries.
