Measure heel-to-toe length

Stand with the heel against a wall on a sheet of paper. Mark the longest toe. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.

Check width and foot volume

Measure across the widest part of the forefoot. A long narrow foot and a short wide foot can share the same length but need different fit profiles.
