01

Check length with skates on

Stand upright with the blade on the ice. Chin-to-nose is the normal starting zone; forwards often go shorter and defencemen often go longer.

02

Use body weight for starting flex

Start near half body weight in pounds. Young or lighter players often benefit from slightly less flex so they can load the shaft.

01 Overview

Overview

The Bauer Supreme Fuse Intermediate Hockey Stick (2026) is built for shooters who want controlled loading and a powerful release. Bauer’s ER Spine mid-kick and FUSE flex profile make the shaft easier to load, while the five-sided shaft shape sits naturally in the hands for improved control.

ACL 2.0 carbon layering keeps weight down without sacrificing structural integrity, and CONNECTECH adds a rubber scrim layer through the construction and blade for a more connected puck feel. An enhanced resin system reinforces vulnerable areas, while the teal 3D chrome graphic gives the 2026 Fuse its distinctive finish.
