01

Measure heel-to-toe length

Stand with the heel against a wall on a sheet of paper. Mark the longest toe. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.

02

Check width and foot volume

Measure across the widest part of the forefoot. A long narrow foot and a short wide foot can share the same length but need different fit profiles.

01 Overview

Overview

The Bauer Vapor Fly40 Junior Hockey Skates (2025) are built for skilled junior players who want a responsive Vapor feel with a supportive, heat-mouldable boot. The 3D-lasted CURV composite quarter package works with a DIGI COMP outsole to provide structure without making the skate feel overly rigid, while the standard facing supports a familiar forward-flex pattern.

A Pro-Stock 48oz felt tongue, memory-foam ankle padding, and sublimated liner with Comfort Edge help reduce pressure and improve comfort through longer sessions. The Form-Fit footbed supports the foot under stride load, while Bauer’s LIGHTSPEED EDGE holder allows quick runner changes and LS BALANCE steel provides a stable 13-foot profile for developing edge control.
