The CCM Tacks XR Youth Hockey Skates (2026) - Sizes 13-13.5 use the same supportive youth-focused Tacks XR boot package with an upgraded lower setup for larger youth sizes. The synthetic-composite boot provides reinforcement with appropriate flex, while custom colour decals let players personalize the skate.
A sublimated HD microfiber liner, comfortable ankle pads, ADPT Memory Foam, a 5 mm felt ADPT comfort tongue with 3D mesh lace-bite protection, and a moulded CCM OrthoLite footbed create a comfortable, secure fit. Sizes 13 and 13.5 are equipped with CCM's quick-release XS holder and XS1 Pro Black runners, featuring a black coating and a runner height 4 mm taller than standard for improved attack angle and easier blade changes.
