01 Overview

Overview

The CCM Tacks XR85 Senior Hockey Shin Guards (2026) are built for competitive players who want maximum coverage and a secure anatomical fit. The injection-molded shin cap uses CCM's ASD anatomical shield design, while compress-molded EVA foam, PE reinforcement and D3O shot-block protection reinforce the calf.

An injected kneecap with a protective comfort donut helps distribute impact energy away from the knee joint. Length-adjustable calf straps, a Hyper X lock strap and a fully removable adjustable liner help keep the guards comfortable and secure.
