The Vaughn ION Intermediate Goalie Blocker balances broad coverage, controlled rebounds, and secure stick feel in an intermediate fit.
A 17 mm high-density foam board uses a sharp upper flare to direct pucks away from the slot. The higher palm position improves paddle-down coverage, while curved QuickSlide-wrapped finger blocks and a reinforced side shield protect the hand. A VX synthetic suede palm with SureGrip layering and breathable antimicrobial gusseting supports grip and comfort.
