02

Use body weight for starting flex

Start near half body weight in pounds. Young or lighter players often benefit from slightly less flex so they can load the shaft.

01 Overview

Overview

The Warrior Covert QR5 20 Intermediate Hockey Stick (2022) is a low-kick performance stick designed for players who want a fast release with a light, responsive feel. Warrior’s Edge Taper drives flex through the lower portion of the shaft to help generate quick shot speed and accuracy.

R.L.C. 155 construction combines premium carbon layering with Minimus Carbon UD for a strong, balanced build. The FuelCore Pro blade uses a lightweight polymer core reinforced with carbon to support puck feel and maintain blade response over time, while the tacky grip finish helps keep the stick secure in the hands.
